of Grant County, Washington to help meet power shortages in the
Northwest U.S.

- Twelve CAT 3516/3516B diesel engines
- Twelve CAT SR4B 1640kW generators rated at 1.6 MW

- Metal housing
- Mufflers
- Fault resistors
- One Siemen Metal-clad 15kV switchgear.
- SINOx-NOX emissions abatement system.
- Perimeter chain link fencing, all spare parts
and material, all manuals, testing, diagrams, and technical
documents
